RiduROS reduced the number of γ-H2AX foci/cell after low-dose irradiation. HUVEC were pretreated with RiduROS (1 μg/mL), then exposed to 0.25 Gy of radiation and fixed after 2 h. All values are expressed as mean ± SD of foci/cell of three independent experiments. ∗∗P < 0.05 versus 0.25 Gy alone.
