Log2 data (normalized with GAPDH and RPLPO) of mRNA expression profile of profibrotic genes in the Fibrosis Tier 1 M96 PrimePCR array plates in the MnTE-2-PyP-treated irradiated samples were plotted against the PBS-treated irradiated sample.
