The Tetragnatha MaSp-like sequences clustered into five distinct groups in a manner identical to the independent analysis based on the associated tandem repeat sequences (subtypes A-E, in colored ovals). The two original Tetragnatha spidroin sequences deposited in GenBank are indicated in bold.
