Both normal parental BEAS-2B cells and Cr(VI)-transformed BEAS-2B cells were treated with and without 5 μM Cr(VI) for 12 hours and analyzed for DCF (A) and DHE (B) fluorescence intensities by flow cytometry as described in previously.
