Rotarod analysis of 4-month old wild-type or CMT-1B mice of indicated age following oral gavage with Sephin1 (1 mg/kg) or vehicle for 3 months. Data are means of three trials performed on the same day with 14 mice ± SEM. The learning phase and the testing of motor skills are indicated. No samples, mice or data points were excluded from the analyses. All data shown were collected while conforming to governmental and institutional guidelines for care and use of laboratory animals. *P ≤ 0.05; **P ≤ 0.01; ***P ≤ 0.001; ****P ≤ 0.0001; (F(1,29)=22.8, p<0.001).
