Data are means ± SEM (n=4). b, Repeated rotarod analysis of wild-type or iSOD1G93A mice of indicated age (days) treated orally with Sephin1 (5 mg/kg) or vehicle once a day from 28 days of age. Data are means of 3 trials performed on the same day by 4 to 6 mice per group ± SEM. The learning phase and the testing of motor skills are indicated. No samples, mice or data points were excluded from the analyses. All data shown were collected while conforming to governmental and institutional guidelines for care and use of laboratory animals. *P ≤ 0.05; **P ≤ 0.01; ***P ≤ 0.001; ****P ≤ 0.0001; (F(1,14)=12.13, p=0.004).
