Loss of resistance genes. One of the cultures (v05, PA77) lost two neighboring chunks on the plasmid gradually between day 11 and day 18. The block between 20647 and 21291 corresponds to a duplicated sequence also found at positions 18666 to 19310. Both breakpoints are confirmed by about 50% of reads, suggesting a bona fide double deletion.
