The involvements of STAT3 and STAT5 in the activation of AhR by the tetrandrine treatment during the Th17 cell differentiation. The naïve CD4+ T cells were treated with CPT (an inhibitor of STAT3) and HPA (an inhibitor of STAT5) in the presence or absence of tetrandrine (TET) for 72 hrs. The effects of CPT (A) and HPA (B) on the tetrandrine‐induced CYP1A1 expression were analysed using the Western blot assay, and the intensities of proteins were normalized to that of the GAPDH. The data are from the three independent experiments. *P < 0.05 versus the normal group; ## P < 0.01 versus the vehicle‐treated group.
