Mean value of morphometric parameters representing trabecular mass and architecture of vehicle and SFX-01® treated mice. Group sizes were n = 8 for vehicle and treated groups. Two-sample t-test was used to compare means between vehicle and treated. Normality or the homogeneity of variance assumption were not violated (p ≥ 0.05). Data are mean ± SEM.
