RNA was isolated from naïve and MKP3 expressing cells and analyzed with Affymetrix GeneChip Rat Genome 230 2.0 Arrays. Affymetrix’s microarray analysis suite (MAS 5.0 statistical algorithm) was used to analyze the data. Expression level in arbitrary units with 200 being the expression level of an average gene and the log ratio difference in expression between the two cell lines reported by the software is displayed. The log ratio was converted to fold change by the formula: 2(log ratio).
