Fig.5 — Taraxerol alters the expression of caspases 8, 9, and 3, and cleavage of anti-poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). Cells were incubated with taraxerol (0, 20, 40, 80 μM) for 12 hours. A. The expressions of caspase 8 and 9 as assessed by immunoblotting and B. Expressions of Bax and Bcl-2, cleaved caspase 8 and cleaved caspase 9 as measured by Western Blot. GAPDH was used as the loading control. The results were expressed as mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
