Fig.6 — Effects of taraxerol on phosphorylation of PI3K/Akt in HeLa cells. Cells were pretreated with 0, 20, 40, or 80 μM of taraxerol for 6 hours. The cell lysates were collected and analyzed by Western blot with anti-phosphorylated PI3K and anti-phosphorylated Akt. The results were expressed as mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
