The indicated BirA*Ras proteins were co-expressed in cells with a WT PAm-Cherry K-Ras protein, after which biotinylated proteins in lysates were purified on streptavidin columns. Total lysate (total) and strepatvidin columnbound (biotin) samples were fractionated electrophoretically, and immunoblotted with an anti-PAmCherry antibody to detect PAm-Cherry K-Ras proteins.
