Deletion of Pip5k1a impairs liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy. (a) Livers of Pip5k1a ^+/+ and Pip5k1a ^−/− mice were resected by 70% as described in Materials and Methods. At the indicated time after partial hepatectomy, livers were excised from mice, and ratios of liver weight/body weight were calculated.
