3F8 antibody direct cytotoxicity. The 3F8 antibodies (mature and germline) were capable of promoting direct cytotoxicity against the GD2-presenting M14 melanoma cell lines. These antibodies were incapable of inducing direct cytotoxicity against the colorectal cancer cell line SW620. Data are represented as mean ± standard deviation of quadruplicate wells.
