Differential binding of c-Rel with (A) −1018T and (B) −57T alleles of CHGA promoter haplotype 2. Chromatin immunoprecipitation of N2a cells transfected with the Hap2 or Hap5 constructs was carried out using antibody against c-Rel/preimmune IgG. Immunoprecipitated chromatin was subjected to qPCR using primers flanking the −1018 and −57 SNPs, respectively. Fold-enrichment in case of c-Rel antibody over preimmune IgG is shown.
