The horizontal bar graph represents the changing pattern of ISx in order of the frequency. The total number of the changing cases was 379. MPA withdrawal was the most common changing pattern (155 occurrences, 40.9%), followed by the conversion from MMF to EC-MPS (86 occurrences, 22.7%).
