Seed regions for the default mode network (DMN, green) and task-positive network (TPN, purple), defined from de Havas et al.¹⁰. To verify that the seed regions are appropriate for the present dataset, they are superimposed on t-maps for positive connectivity (hot colors) and negative connectivity (cool colors) to regions from ICA components 18 and 19, representing posterior and anterior DMN (see methods and Supplementary Figures 7 and 8). IPL: inferior parietal lobule. IPS: inferior parietal sulcus. LTC: Lower temporal cortex. PCC: posterior cingulate cortex. dmPFC: dorsomedial prefrontal cortex. vmPFC: ventromedial prefrontal cortex.
