Core temperature of the study participants at baseline and after heat stress. Core temperature of 15 participants before exposure to heat stress (T0), immediately after heat stress (T1), and one hour after heat stress (T2). Heat stress was induced by passive exposure to heat in a pre-warmed sauna at temperature of 75.7 ± 0.86 °C with a humidity of 20–40% for a total of 15 minutes.
