Curcumin inhibited human NSCLC orthotopic xenograft. Athymic nude mice were injected intrathoracally with H1975 cells (1 × 106 cells in 0.2 mL PBS-diluted Matrigel), and treated with vehicle (corn oil) or curcumin (100 mg/kg) by oral gavage. The treatment begun 7 days prior to cell implantation and lasted until the end of experiment. A. Percent survival.
