Inhibition of ROS partially rescues CAA-induced apoptosis in gastric cancer cells. AGS and AGS-5FU cells were treated with 10 μM CAA for 48 h in the presence or absence of 5 mM NAC pretreatment for 1 h, stained with DHE and photographed under florescent microscope. The apoptosis was detected by FCM with Annexin V/PI staining.
