HDL-C – high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C – low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, Lp(a) – lipoprotein(a), HbA_1c – glycated hemoglobin. Lp(a) was included in the regression equation as a continuous variable [g/l] to evaluate the association with different LVEF categories (variable assignment: ≥ 50% as 0, 35–49% as 1, and < 35% as 2).
