Wound healing mediator release of gingiva fibroblasts stimulated by chemokines. Cumulative secretion of IL‐6, HGF, and TIMP‐1 by gingiva fibroblasts over 4 days of stimulation with 125 ng/ml of 14 different chemokines in a scratch assay. Data represent mean ± SEM of three individual experiments in duplicate. IL‐6 secretion was increased by CCL22, CCL28, and CX3CL1. HGF secretion was increased by CCL27 and CCL28.
