The amount of Mpphot in Mpphot^V594T/Mpphot^KO plants. The amount of Mpphot in Mppot/Mpphot^KO and Mpphot^V594T/Mpphot^KO plants was detected by immunoblot analysis using anti-Mpphot antibodies. The images were captured from a single membrane, and this figure was prepared without any change in brightness or contrast. Arrowhead indicates Mpphot. To calculate the relative expression, the band intensity of Mpphot was divided by that of the large subunit of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase (RBCL). The band intensities were measured using ImageJ software.
