Human tracheal reconstruction case. (A) Preoperative flexible endoscopy revealed tracheal mucosal invasion by thyroid gland cancer. (B) The tracheal defect that developed after resection of the thyroid gland cancer was reconstructed using a vascularized myofascial flap from the ALT.
