CS exposure effects on frontal lobe expression of mature oligodendroglial genes. mRNA levels of PLP-1 (proteolipid protein 1) (A), MOG-1 (myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-1) (B), MAG-1 (myelin associated glycoprotein-1) (C), MBP (myelin basic protein) (D), RTN4 (reticulin 4) (E), RPAIN (RPA interacting protein) (F), and ST8S1a-1 (ST8 alpha-N-acetyl-neuraminide alpha-2,8-sialyllransferase 1) (G) were measured using targeted PCR arrays, and calculated using the ΔΔCt method with results normalized to HPRT1. Inter-group comparisons were made by one-way ANOVA (Table 1) with the Tukey post-test (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ****p < 0.0001).
