Expression of Inflammatory and Osteoclastogenesis-Related Molecules in Periodontal Biopsy Specimens from AMY-101-Treated NHPs

Periodontal biopsy specimens from NHPs treated with AMY-101 were processed for fluorescent microscopy. After antibody incubation, nuclei staining was performed with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI; blue). The specimens were taken before (week 0) and after (week 4) systemic treatment with AMY-101 (administered every 24 hr).
