Exercise Considerations
Heel slides Use towel or contralateral leg for overpressure
Bike Use rocking motion for those who cannot complete full revolution
Wall slide With patient supine and foot on the wall, use contralateral leg on top for overpressure or under to help support the involved leg
Manual therapy Patella mobilizations, tibia-femoral glides, overpressure, soft tissue mobilizations, scar massage
Splint Static or dynamic splint
