Successful expression of human IL-37 in hematopoietic cells does not affect metabolic parameters. Ldlr⁻/⁻ mice were transplanted with bone marrow from IL-37tg or control wild-type (WT) mice. After nine weeks of recovery on regular chow diet, mice were fed a Western-type diet (WTD) for eight weeks.
