(a) Changes in cell-cycle distribution and amount of dead cells (as sub-G1 fraction) in siNRF2-transfected LTTs 72 h after cisplatin treatment (resistance and IC₅₀ concentrations) were measured by flow cytometry. Treatment with non-targeting siRNA served as a negative control.
