N-glycans were released from AutoTips using an automated liquid handler. The reproducibility was calculated by quantitative analysis of N-glycans from four independent AutoTip by 4-plex QUANTITY tags (176, 177, 178, and 179). The labeled N-glycans were measured by LC-ESI-MS/MS (Thermo Orbitrap Velos). Experiments were performed in triplicates. CV (coefficient of variation) was average of the triplicated tests.
