  HEK293T cells were transfected with plasmids expressing wild‐type or mutant ZBP1‐3xFLAG. Tagged ZBP1 was then purified by α‐FLAG immunoprecipitation and analysed by SDS–PAGE and silver staining. Asterisk (*) indicates silver stain of recombinant ZBP1.
