Systemic administration of FTY720 is not subject to tolerance. FTY720 (1 mg/kg/d, i.p.) or vehicle (5% DMSO, i.p.) was administered once daily from post-surgical days 7–14. Flinching (A) and guarding (B) behaviors are shown before and 1 h after drug administration on the first (day 7) and last (day 14) days of treatment.
