Cardiomyocytes were transfected with either scr or siJak1 and subsequently infected with CryABR120G-tGFP as detailed in Methods. Forty-eight hours after transfection, cells were treated with 30 nmol/L Bafilomycin A1 for 2 hours before being harvested in SDS lysis buffer (Methods).
