(a) LNCaP95 cell lysates were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti‐Hsp70 antibody and were blotted with YB‐1 and Hsp70 antibodies. (b) Localization of Hsp70 and YB‐1 was determined by double immunofluorescence staining in LNCaP95 cells. (c) LNCaP95 cells were treated with quercetin (25 μM) or VER155008 (VER; 25 μM) for 24 h. Protein extracts (15 μg) were subjected to Western blot analysis. (d) LNCaP95 cells were treated with VER155008 (25 μM) for 12 h. Cell lysates were separated into cytosolic and nuclear fractions. Protein extracts (10 μg) were subjected to Western blot analysis.
