Activity of tSRB and tNRB observed with 50-fold concentrated inocula of Terra Nova produced water PW1\_14 and injection water IW1\_14. Incubations were with PW1\_14 with 10 mM sulfate and 20 mM lactate (A), PW1\_14 with 10 mM sulfate and 3 mM VFA (B), PW1\_14 with 10 mM nitrate and 20 mM lactate (C) and IW1\_14 with 10 mM nitrate and 20 mM lactate (D).
