microRNA (miR)‐330‐5p is involved in the (a) anti‐migration and (b) invasion effects of curcumin. Compared to the control and negative control, the miR‐330‐5p mimic significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of lung cancer A549 cells, which was similar to the effect of curcumin. Furthermore, miR‐330‐5p inhibitors can partly counteract the inhibitory effect of curcumin on A549 cell migration and invasion. Scale bar = 200 μm.
