G3 and 4D5 CAR-T cells inhibit tumor growth in vivo. (A) SKOV3 cells were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of NSG mice on day 0. Mice were randomized into four groups of seven mice each and treated with 10 million NT, 4D5, G3, or 929 CAR-T cells on day 14 via tail-vein injection.
