BLM is cleaved in HeLa cells induced to apoptosis. HeLa cells were treated with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) and cycloheximide (20 µM) at the indicated times. Protein extracts were prepared, electrophoresed and then analysed by western blotting using anti-C-terminal BLM, anti-PARP and anti-Ku70 antibodies, as indicated.
