Pathways, number of pathways showing significant enrichment of genes which expression profile identifies each of the four phenotypes. Direction of the change in the transcription of genes identifying each phenotype, higher or lower, comparing to the other three phenotypes. In parenthesis number of genes with expression in opposite direction to the remaining genes identifying given phenotype.
