Chronic hypoxia alters ET receptor expression in fetal MCAs. Chronic hypoxia did not alter ETA receptor expression (FN n = 12, FH n = 9) but significantly decreased ETB receptor expression (FN n = 14, FH n = 6) in endothelium-intact MCAs from term ovine fetuses.
