Number of moles of oxygen loaded by hemoglobin per cm ³ in the red blood cells as a function of the hemoglobin concentration in g.cm ⁻³ for different transit times. We assume that at time t = 0 there was no O ₂ bounded and that the oxygenation is performed within a transit time varying from 0.2 to 0.7 sec without Hb diffusion.
