IIRMIs in Betaseron Induces inflammatory response by in vivo and response. (a–c) IFNAR knockout mice (n = 4–6/group) were injected with 1 × 10⁶ IU of Rebif, Betaseron or saline in 50 μL volume SC. After 5 h, mRNA levels of il-6, il-1β and ccl5 were quantified from skin lysates. Data derived from mean ± SD from two independent experiments. Statistical differences as determined by Bartlett’s ANOVA **p < 0.01.
