Autophagy induction by MWCNT library in LC3-GFP U87 cells. Surface modifications on MWCNTs were shown by R1R1N – and R2 side chain groups indicated in a combinatorial synthesis format. MWCNTs were screened against an autophagy reporter cell line stably expressing LC3-GFP fusion protein (LC3-GFP U87). Concentration of CNT was 100 µg/mL, and cell incubation time was 24 h.
