CCK stimulates cellular FA uptake irrespective of mouse strain. Incubation of duodenal cells with 10 pM CCK caused a significant increase in Bodipy-FA uptake into cells from eGFP-CCK mice, CCK ko/LacZ mice or C57 WT mice.
