Effects of 2‐deoxy‐d‐glu, 3‐O‐methyl‐d‐glu, d‐sorbitol, and d‐fructose on CYP11B2 mRNA expression. H295R cells were incubated with either 100 mg·dL−1 d‐glu plus 350 mg·dL−1 l‐glu, 450 mg·dL−1 d‐glu, 100 mg·dL−1 d‐glu plus 350 mg·dL−1 2‐deoxy‐d‐glu, 100 mg·dL−1 d‐glu plus 350 mg·dL−1 3‐O‐methyl‐d‐glu, 100 mg·dL−1 d‐glu plus 350 mg·dL−1 d‐sorbitol, or 100 mg·dL−1 d‐glu plus 350 mg·dL−1 d‐fructose for 72 h.
