Naltrexone (1 mg/kg) blocks both MOR and KOR according to tests of antinociception. Naltrexone pretreatment blocked the antinociceptive effects of the MOR agonist morphine (10 mg/kg, i.p.) and the KOR agonist U50,488 (10 mg/kg, i.p.). N = 6–7 per group.
