Cavtratin activates the AKT pathway in cultured N9 cells. N9 cells were pretreated with AP or cavtratin and then stimulated by LPS. (A) Q-PCR analysis showed the downregulation of M1 markers (iNOS, IL-1β, IL-6) by cavtratin. (B) Q-PCR analysis indicated the upregulation of the M2 marker CCL2 by cavtratin. (C and D) Western blot analysis indicated the increase of phosphorylation of both AKT and PTEN induced by cavtratin.
