Overexpression of miR-320 suppresses the cell viability, migration and invasion of HeLa cells. (A) Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis of miR-320 expression levels in HeLa cells, following transfection with miR-320 mimic or NC. (B) An MTT assay revealed that overexpression of miR-320 resulted in a significant decrease in the viability of HeLa cells.
