IBC regulates the protein expression of Akt, p-Akt, ERK and p-ERK in Tca8113 cells in a time-dependent manner. At 0, 12, 24 and 48 h after incubation with 40 µM IBC, the expression level of Akt and ERK proteins was analyzed by western blotting. β-actin served as a loading control.
